Food and drink when taken in a proper manner promotes growth, life, intelligence and health but when it is taken in improper manner and time, it acts as the root cause of diseases. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all to the world of Ayurveda.  Ayurveda is a system of traditional medicine which is native to India and practised the world over. I spent five years studying Ayurvedic Medicine and went on to work in some of the prestigious hospitals and spas in my native Kerala. I moved to Westport, Co.
